Our team was challenged to optimize Telenor business processes in terms of centralized communication between central and retail shops and to also improve and minimize the amount of time spent on device management by retail shop managers.

The system consists of web and mobile applications installed on devices in retail shops.

This solution is successfully implemented in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bulgaria, which are the members of Telenor Group, one of the world’s largest mobile telecommunications companies that conduct its business in Asia, Eastern Europe, and Scandinavia.

Draw Store Visitors Attention

Marketing campaigns, promo messages or any other hard changeable content, presented in the demo units, are usually predefined and controlled by a device manufacturer.

That said, on regular basis, it’s not easy, and sometimes not even possible, to run mobile operator’s (retailer’s) campaigns and promotions on this non-costly and accessible communications medium.

Retail Mode system is designed to remotely manage content and promotional campaigns across all devices in retail stores. And device content in all stores is synchronized by a single click of the remote administrator.

Make Restore Point for android Device

As telecom operator, Telenor has multiple retail stores where customers can stop by, get informed on actual promotions and test mobile devices before they decide to buy them.

Once visitors decide to test the device, they usually install some of their favorite apps, check camera or any other relevant functionality, while changing the preferred device configuration.

At the end of the day, store managers have to check all devices and restore their settings to the initial state. This process requires a lot of time on a daily basis.

Retail Mode automatically does all the work regularly, enabling personnel to focus on customers, sales and other important tasks.

Advanced Analytics

Advanced analytics provides an important insight into the usage and behavior of the users visiting the store. This valuable data can be used for planning future campaigns and measuring the success of the previous ones.

Collected data have the same level of reliability as expensive market research efforts.

Data can be filtered by time range, a particular store, and several other parameters. For maximum flexibility, complete or filtered data can be exported to Excel for further analysis.
