Transaction System is complete software solution for insurance companies. The goal of the system is to automatize complete sales process of insurance, credit tracking, invoice tracking, organisation of employees as well as providing reports to the top management of the company. Web application is made like a custom solution for the specific needs of the client.

Because of the nature of the business and work with financial details and transactions, security was one of the biggest challenges on this project. Today, whole system are on cloud hosting where the special attention is dedicated to backup of entire system and advance monitoring tools for monitoring of the system.

To ensure that each module system works perfectly, we decided to automatic software testing was deployed. Although this requires additional development time, this approach has enabled us to deliver high-quality and stable solution.

When you are creating contract, the system automatically allocates fees retailers and charges client in the system. Transaction system has automatic payment booking and creation of transfer orders that are automatically forwarded to the bank for payment.

Organisation and tracking performance of employees

Work orders can be created automatically by the system or manually by employees with appropriate privileges. By creating a work order and modifying the status, the system is generating SMS and email notifications to responsible persons.

Reporting

Reporting system has an advanced reporting system for the company's management and advisory board. The reports provide insight into the performance of employees, resellers, the planned sale, the sale proceeds and the cost of the company.

Each memeber of the top management has the ability to personilize reports in order to receive only relevant data.

Modul for contact center (CRM)

An employee who is responsible for taking care of customers and generating new leads has the ability to view their clients as well as the historical track of communication with the client.

Based on previously entered data, system automatically generates alerts and warnings that acts as a reminder for the empolyees.
