Welcome to the world of unique, handmade jewelry – HelenaDia! Envisioned and designed by successful Serbian lady entrepreneur, Jelena Jevrić, each piece from her collection was crafted with soul and goal to grab the hearts of millions of women worldwide.
When we first met, HelenaDia was an offline brand. Promotion and sales of her jewelry were only doable via Facebook fan page, but that wasn’t nearly enough for generating more sales, nor entering new markets. Our team was contacted to help about overall digital strategy and the results were just as expected.
Firstly, we performed a market analysis to scrutinize potential competitors and to gain a general overview of the industry in order to come out with an equally unique web solution for HelenaDia. We’ve spent days working together with our client regarding multiple concepts and approaches until winning idea came out.
Selling products via webshop was definitely the right solution on how to show the beauty and quality of the products to the world, but it wasn’t enough. All products had to be presented in a special way, so the customers could get good impressions of the used materials, jewelry size and general style.
Of course, it had to be super simple for the customers to make orders via webshop and instantly conduct payments using different methods. Not to mention that the website needed to be mobile-friendly and fast-running, even on mobile networks. With a huge amount of large images, this was a great challenge.
Several years after the webshop was launched, we are proud to know that we have helped HelenaDia company to grow and become a globally recognized brand. Today, HelenaDia has many times more employees and some world-famous singers and fashion bloggers wear and talk about HelenaDia jewelry.
